Desserts Made Easy!

Desserts are made ultra-easy thanks to Denheath’s fluffy, high rise, melt-in-your-mouth, rich and creamy, custard-filled squares, cheesecakes and profiteroles. Made using fresh, wholesome ingredients and local produce, these exquisite wholesale desserts and treats are conveniently individually wrapped for ease of serving and minimal waste. Store frozen for long shelf life.

The custard-filled squares are available in three different sizes for serving as desserts, morning or afternoon tea, and finger food. Along with the cheesecakes and profiteroles, they represent wonderful convenience and ease of serving. They can be decorated as desired to dress them up or for simplicity. Serve with whipped cream, fruit coulis, fresh berries, fudge sauces or even nut brittles, fairy floss or shards of toffee ‘glass’.

Custard Squares

Available in Premium size (6 x 6cm) which is ideal for dessert servings and Treat size (5 x 5cm) which is perfect for morning or afternoon tea. Choose from three different pack sizes. Each square is wrapped individually for convenience.

• Original Custard Square – Rich, creamy, vanilla custard filled squares with golden flaky pastry and yummy icing, topped with curly white shredded coconut.
• Chocolate Custard Square – Rich, creamy chocolate custard filled squares with golden flaky pastry and wicked chocolate icing topped with curly white shredded coconut.
• Espresso Custard Square – Dreamy espresso custard sandwiched between golden flaky pastry, topped with fancy shred coconut and grated chocolate.
• Passionfruit Custard Square – Let’s get tropical! Decadent custard with real passionfruit in the custard and icing. Topped with stylish yellow and white fancy shredded coconut.
• Petite Custard Squares – Uniquely different, fluffy high rise melt-in-the-mouth vanilla custard filled squares, complemented with golden flaky pastry and yummy icing, and then topped with curly white shredded coconut. Their size makes them perfect for finger foods.

Custard E-Squares

E stands for éclair! Denheath has created an irresistible range of dainty choux pastry desserts, conveniently shaped as squares. They are filled with their famous custard and decorated for ultimate appearance and enjoyment. Serve as a light dessert or for morning or afternoon tea or on catered buffets.

• Chocolate Custard E-Square – Decadent choux pastry square éclair filled with Denheath’s famous chocolate custard, dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate.
• Vanilla Custard E-Square – Creamy vanilla custard fills the choux pastry square. The top is smothered in dark chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate.
• Petite E-Square – A delightful 4 x 4cm choux pastry box filled with wonderful Denheath custard, dipped in chocolate and drizzled in white chocolate. It’s the ultimate finger food!

Cheesecake Squares

• Triple Chocolate Cheesecake Square – Creamy cheesecake in three decadent layers – white, milk and dark chocolate – with a chocolate biscuit base. Warning: addictive!
• Summer Fruits Cheesecake Square – Creamy cheesecake square filled with locally grown strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, then topped with a strawberry and blueberry jelly topping that simply melts in the mouth.
• Luscious Lime Cheesecake Square – Refreshingly luscious creamy cheesecake is filled with real lime curd and topped with a tangy lime curd jelly.
• Zesty Lemon Cheesecake Square – A rich cheesecake filled with locally produced lemon honey and topped with a zesty lemon curd jelly topping.
• Caramel Choc Ripple Cheesecake Square – Vanilla biscuit base with wicked caramel chocolate marbled cheesecake made with Denheath’s special cheesecake recipe. Just like Grandma used to make!
• Gluten Free Raspberry & White Chocolate Cheesecake Square – Gluten free so that no one has to miss out! A lovely berry and white choc mud cake is topped with creamy raspberry and white choc cheesecake, crowned with a raspberry ripple.
