Ribbon Cut Pasta

Tender pasta, easily prepared that enables your sauce to cling and enrich with luscious flavour. Available in 1kg packs (8 serves) with a 6-week shelf life. Cooking time 3-4 minutes. Choose from: Angel Hair; Linguine; Spaghetti; Fettuccine; Tagliatelle; Pappardelle; Tricolore Fettuccini (spinach, egg, tomato); Hokkien Noodle.

And Pasta Vera offers a beautiful range of flavours. Choose any cut as the flavoured pastas are made to order. Choose from: tomato, spinach, cracked pepper, mushroom, fresh basil, squid ink, saffron, chilli, citrus, beetroot.

Fresh Egg Sheets

Whatever your requirements, Pasta Vera has a fresh egg sheet solution for you.

• Lasagne Sheet Roll – Layered with baking paper; 4 week shelf life; 2kg roll chilled; W300mm x L4.5m).
• Cut Lasagne Sheet – 190mm x 300m; approximately 10 sheets; 6 week shelf life; chilled 1kg pack. Also available in spinach.

Filled Pasta

Pasta Vera’s tender gourmet pasta parcels are made from delicious egg pasta and filled with delicious, fresh ingredients. They are supplied in 1kg snap frozen and have a 1 year shelf life. Bulk ravioli is supplied in larger quantities.

• Ravioli (small square 35 x 35mm) – Choose from Roasted Beef; Chicken, Roasted Garlic & Basil; Spinach & Ricotta; Pesto & 3 Cheese; Roasted Pumpkin & Ricotta; Mushroom.
• Ravioloni (large square 50 x 50mm) – Choose from Pumpkin, Sundried Tomato & Feta; Mushroom, Walnut & Feta; Pear & Gorgonzola; Spinach & Ricotta; Prawn & Crab.
• Tortellini (ring shaped pasta) – Choose from Braised Beef; Roasted Chicken; Pumpkin & Ricotta; Spinach & Ricotta; Herb & 4 Cheese; Roasted Winter Vegetable.
• Tortelloni (larger tortellini) – Spinach & Ricotta.
• Pansotti (70mm circular) – Choose from Pumpkin & Ricotta with Fresh Basil; Chicken, Basil & Roasted Bell Peppers; Spinach & Ricotta; 4 Cheese with Basil; Mushroom, Walnut & Feta; Wild Forest Mushroom & Black Truffle.

Gnocchi

Gnocchi are soft dumplings made of potato, flour and eggs and Pasta Vera have a lovely array of flavours to choose from. The gnocchi are supplied in 1kg snap frozen packs that serve 6. With a 1-year frozen shelf life and needing only 4 minutes’ cooking time, they are convenient and versatile.

Lasagne al Forno

Fresh lasagne sheets are layered and filled with delicious gourmet ingredients for a sumptuous meal that can be served with steamed vegetables, salad and garlic bread. All are hand-made following traditional, home-style recipes. Available in three convenient options – free flow portions, 3kg foil trays (pre-cut into 9 portions) and 7kg gastronorm slabs (serves 24).

Choose from: Beef Lasagne; Smoked Chicken Lasagne; Vegetarian Lasagne; Pumpkin, Spinach & Feta Lasagne; Chicken & Mushroom Lasagne; Vegan Lasagne, Beef & Spinach Lasagne.

Calzones (Pizza Pockets)

Six delicious frozen Calzone per packet. Simply take one out of the freezer and reheat in the oven for 15 minutes (or 10 minutes from chilled).

• Ham & Chorizo – The classic meat lovers’ combination featuring ham and spicy chorizo plus roasted peppers, red onion, tomato and olives.
• Bolognese – The slow cooked classic loaded with Bolognese sauce and mozzarella.
• Spinach & Feta – Low fat and healthy, it’s a delicious combination of spinach and four cheeses (feta, ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella).

Catering Ready Meals

All hand-made and containing high quality ingredients, they are supplied frozen to hold the flavour. Simply reheat and serve. An excellent solution when time and staff are in short supply.

• Chilli Con Carne – An ideal accompaniment to nachos, on rice or on top of baked potatoes, the recipe includes lean beef mince, chopped tomato, chilli, onions, herbs and red kidney beans.
• Hand-Made Cannelloni – Pre-cooked fresh pasta with delicious fillings. Choose from Spinach & Ricotta with Roasted Vegetables; Pumpkin & Feta Cannelloni; Chicken & Mushroom.
