Fix and Fogg Peanut Butter

Fix and Fogg is a small, independent company that produces quality peanut butter. Named after two characters from the classic story Around the World in Eighty Days to reflect its adventurous nature, the company operates out of a ‘nut buttery’ where the public can even go and see the action as it happens.

The good people at Fix and Fogg believe in keeping things pure and simple by allowing the core ingredients of their peanut butter products to shine. Their business is built around the concept of loving what they do, doing it properly and giving back to the community that supports them.

Fix and Fogg are accredited by Conscious Consumers for their commitment to recycling and reducing food waste, and they donate peanut butter to a number of charities on a monthly basis.

Super Crunchy Peanut Butter

The crunchiest of crunchy peanut butters, it is a true labour of love. Fix & Fogg mill the crunchy pieces separately then hand sieve them to achieve the perfect bite. Ingredients: Hi-oleic dark roasted peanuts and organic sea salt.  Size 375g.

Smooth Peanut Butter

Fix & Fogg have worked hard to calibrate their grinding plates so that their Smooth peanut butter retains a particular viscosity. The result is a wonderfully smooth peanut butter that retains the essence of its core nutty ingredient. Ingredients: Hi-oleic dark roast peanuts and organic sea salt.  Size 375g.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter

This batch roasted Super Crunchy peanut butter has been carefully blended with dairy-free, single origin Ghanaian dark chocolate to create something very special. It works like magic on toasted brioche, dolloped on pancakes or ice cream or eaten straight off the spoon for a quick fix. Ingredients: Hi-oleic dark roasted peanuts, dark chocolate and organic sea salt. Size: 375g.

Smoke and Fire Peanut Butter

A journey of flavours that begins smoky and has a lingering hot finish. Smoke and Fire combines Fix and Fogg’s Super Crunchy peanut butter with New Zealand grown organic cayenne chillies, natural Manuka smoke from Central Otago and Spanish smoked paprika. It’s divine on sourdough with avocado and tomato, with a soft goat’s cheese or added to your satay sauce, burger or roasted vegetables. Ingredients: Hi-oleic dark roasted peanuts, chillies, smoked paprika, natural Manuka smoke and organic sea salt.  Size 375g.
