Aroha Chocolate

Aroha Chocolate was founded by husband and wife team Jo Logan and Mike Duke. When Jo began making chocolate gifts for family and friends for special occasions, she realised it was a passion she’d love to pursue. Jo became an accredited Ecole Chocolat Certified Chocolatier by completing training in both New Zealand and Canada and she continues to develop new and exciting techniques and taste sensations to bring customers fresh confectionery delights.

Aroha Chocolate uses the finest Belgian Callebaut chocolate. The blend they use in their creations is farmed from some of West Africa’s cocoa farms as part of the Callebaut sustainability program, ensuring cocoa and the farmers who harvest it are able to continue for future generations.

Rocky Road

Aroha Chocolate’s signature treat, their gourmet Rocky Road. It’s not your run-of-the-mill Rocky Road but a soft and creamy concoction of milk chocolate, marshmallows, locally roasted peanuts and dark chocolate trimmings.
